Why professional education carries substantial tuition

These programs are designed as substantial professional real-estate education, with curriculum depth across multiple classes and modules. The planned learning package combines implementation tools, worksheets, checklists, case studies, deal analysis, compliance and risk education, and substantial instructional material.

Evaluate real-estate education by its syllabus, depth, practical materials and professional review framework. Our tuition positioning reflects that intended scope; confirm the released inventory for your specific program before enrollment. The introductory pages on this site are a starting point.

Education cannot promise earnings, deals, financing, profits or investment results. No exact live-session count, lifetime access or guaranteed completion date is represented.

  • Live education only when included in the confirmed program terms.
  • Educational case studies and future advanced learning opportunities.

Available on this site now: introductory topic pages, FAQs, on-page screening resources, the investor assessment, and the browser-based deal analysis worksheet.

In development: the paid recorded-training packages, live-session schedule, and additional downloadable toolkit resources. No specific session count, lifetime access, license, or continuing-education credit is promised. Confirm instructor, format, included releases, and access duration before payment.

Enrollment inquiries do not reserve a paid place or activate course access. Payment verification and access setup are separate steps.

What training does—and does not—provide

Training helps you understand concepts and organize your review. It cannot remove lender rights, eliminate transaction risk, guarantee a profitable deal, or replace licensed legal, tax, lending, insurance, or brokerage advice.

Read the education and risk disclosures.

Mortgage Modification & Home Retention

Mortgage modification changes existing loan terms through a lender or servicer process. Home retention considers options that may allow an owner to remain in a property. This program is investor and professional education; it does not provide homeowner representation or lender approval.

Study documentation categories, servicer workflow, feasibility, financial analysis, professional role boundaries and compliance risks. Confirm released lessons and implementation materials before enrollment.

Regular tuition: $1,997. Founders tuition: $1,497. Pricing subject to change.

StayHome / Foreclosure Leaseback

A foreclosure leaseback concept may involve a sale and a separate occupancy or lease arrangement. Ownership, lease terms, affordability, valuations, consumer protections and exit contingencies require careful review. It does not guarantee foreclosure prevention, continued occupancy, repurchase or financing.

Study transaction analysis, documentation, insurance, property management, disclosure and professional coordination. The program is education for investors and related professionals, not a distressed-homeowner solicitation service.

Regular tuition: $2,497. Founders tuition: $1,997. Pricing subject to change.
